# User Experience & Retention

Game retention is a measure of how many people are still playing a game after a certain period of time from their first login date. The Metaverse is slightly different as it is persistent. Here are examples of how we will keep users engaged and returning to our virtual ecosystem.<br>

**Customization -** Personalize your avatars to your style. Customize skillset, animations, skins, vehicles, skateboards and more as the ecosystem evolves.\

**Achievements & Rewards -** Citizens earn achievements based on their participation in the Metaversus and get rewarded from quests and activities in each world.

**Ownership -** Nearly all assets for customization will be in the form of NFTs. Users retain NFTs and sell off platform via our marketplace and secondary.

**Social Interaction -** Text and voice chat between connections and players. Allow users to decide how to share visibility in the MetaVersus. Teamwork, conflict, cooperation, and competition.

**Brand Participation -** Citizens can get involved with brands that build within MetaVersus ecosystem. They can earn branded assets and participate in experiences only in their worlds.

**Leaderboards -** From mini games to full PVP, users will earn a score and place them on leaderboard from various activities and quests. Be rewarded for your place on the leaderboard.

**Collection Mechanics -** Create rewarding and user demanding assets for citizens to collect. Offering assets that are are rare, scarce and unique to users for hunting them in the virtual worlds.
