# Land & Rentals

Land purchasing will be available further down the roadmap once we release our open Beta version.

Today, we are focusing on land rental in line with our Metaverse-as-a-Service offerings. We believe real estate in the metaverse, whether commercial, residential, or both, will play a huge part in the future, being just being an NFT as a yield bearing asset.
